Sounds like he's really making some progress!

Following a frightening car crash that killed one of his fellow passengers and left him seriously injured, Tracy Morgan has been released from the hospital and is now recovering in a rehab center.

Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks,” his rep said in a statement. “While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.”

On June 6 a Walmart truck slammed into a limousine carrying Morgan and his entourage, and the 30 Rock star suffered a broken leg, a broken femur, a broken nose and broken ribs in the collision. Morgan's comic mentor James McNair was killed in the crash and two other passengers, including Morgan's assistant, Jeffrey Millea, were seriously injured.

Kevin Roper, the driver of the Walmart big rig, pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide and assault by auto in New Brunswick, New Jersey on Wednesday. According to a complaint filed by New Jersey State Police, Roper was awake more than 24 hours before the accident occurred, and if convicted on all charges, he faces up to fifteen years in jail.
