After his mugshot went viral and made him an overnight internet sensation, Jeremy Meeks (dubbed the "Hot Convict") made his first appearance in a Stockton, California courtroom today. Meeks' case was turned over to federal prosecutors by the state, and while he could face some serious jail time, his manager spoke exclusively to X17online and revealed that her client has already had offers to model at New York Fashion Week!

Meeks has signed on with manager Gina Rodriguez and veteran agent Jim Jordan, and Rodriguez tells X17online:
    "Jeremy has had offers to model at New York Fashion Week and we've [GR Media Firm] had several [modeling] agents reach out to us to discuss [his future]."

When asked if he'd do an exclusive sit down with a major news program, Rodriguez added, "Jeremy may consider one interview when he is released." However, no details have been worked out and his family's main concern is getting him out from behind bars.
