The mystery girl, who has a bunch of tattoos on her torso, was seen smoking on Bieber's balcony before she left with one of his pals. The brunette does bear a bit of a resemblance to Selena Gomez, but we have to wonder whether or not she's hooking up with the singer or one of his buddies. While Jelena seem to be distancing themselves after a steamy reunion last month, we can't imagine he would hook up with this chick ... especially when Chantel Jeffries is in town!
