Uh oh! Kim Kardashian just got on PETA's bad side!

On Tuesday, the Keeping up with the Kardashians star shared a short clip of herself and her friend, jewelry designer Kristen Gipson, being pulled around by a dolphin in a pool while in vacation in Mexico.

Nori's mom shared the video along with the caption, "Double dolphin ride 🐬🐬 with @kristennoelgipson Thank you Vallarta Adventures for teaching us so much! Can't wait to show my daughter the pics of her swimming with dolphins & kissing a sea lion when she gets older! #ThanksForTheMemories #Mexico."

But not everyone's so happy about her joy ride with the dolphins. Apparently, her trip around the pool has angered animal rights group PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) -- the group is slamming the star's support of dolphin ride excursions, claiming that the animals are stressed and can get illness from close contact with humans. WHAT DID YOU DO TO FLIPPER, KIM?!

PETA's Senior Vice President Lisa Lange tells Radar, "Kim is free to leave the pool, but for the dolphins, it’s a lifetime sentence. Touch tanks and 'swim-with' programs allow the public to pet, kiss, or even 'ride' dolphins. Such programs invade the animals' already diminished worlds and are intrusive, dangerous, and stressful for the animals as well as for human participants."

Lange added: "Animals in 'petting pools' can become injured and anxious as a result of constant poking and prodding, and exposure to bacteria that they are not immune to can make them ill. The dolphins also often express their frustration through aggression."

The vid was taken last month when Kimye was on vacay in Mexico with their daughter and several friends.

The 33-year-old has yet to comment on PETA's criticism.
