She's ballin'!

Yesterday, Kaley Cuoco showed off a bit of her workout style when she sported a Ballin' Paris baseball cap (styled after designer Balmain) while leaving yoga class with friends in Beverly Hills.

The 28-year-old Big Bang Theory star has been a fitness aficionado for quite some time, frequenting yoga classes all over Los Angeles, in addition to the work she puts in with her trainer.

"She really likes to work hard," Fitness Factory personal trainer George C. King, who sees Cuoco for hour-long strength training sessions twice a week, said. "Kaley is interested in her lower body, especially her butt, her legs and her abs. We do a lot of lunges, squat jumps and regular squats, plus leg curls and dead lifts."
