The OPP has said that on Tuesday Bieber was charged and later released on the provision that he will appear in a Stratford, Ontario courtroom on September 29.
The OPP said the incident occurred on Friday and that officials were called to the scene after there was a report of a crash between and mini-van and an all-terrain vehicle.

"Investigation revealed that after colliding, the driver of the ATV and an occupant of the minivan engaged in a physical altercation," the OPP said in a press statement.

Hmm … Bieber getting in a fight after a car crash? Sounds about par for the course if you ask us.

Bieber has been back in his homeland with lady love Selena Gomez, whom he has been seen cozying up to in recent days. But of course -- in true Bieber fashion the trip hasn't been all romance. Judging from his past trips, the heartbreaker likes to bring the ruckus every time he visits Canada -- this isn't the first fight the Biebs has had in the land of maple leafs. Last December, the "Boyfriend" singer got into a scuffle with a limo driver in Toronto. The singer is scheduled to appear in a Toronto court on Sept. 8 in regards to a separate assault on said limousine driver.
