She may have been watched too many episodes of Law & Order: SVU! In a sneak peek of Monday's episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Taylor Swift admits to the funny lady that she has an irrational fear of being framed for a crime she didn't commit.

"I am scared of getting framed," said the "Shake It Off" singer, whose cat, Det. Olivia Benson, is named after Mariska Hargitay's character on SVU. "Look at me -- I wouldn't survive in jail!" We can't disagree with that one -- she'd have a collar on her, and be someone's personal cat in no time!

The 24-year-old further explained, "I think the dream and the nightmare of being framed is that I could do nothing wrong … I could sit in my house with the cats all day and somehow there could be an article about me buying a house in a place I've never been or dating a man I have never met and then you take it a step further -- and in nightmare world -- it's being framed for murder."

Umm ... Is it just us -- or do you also totally want to see her skinny a$$ behind bars now?!

On the daytime talk show, T-Swizzle also performed her new single, "Out Of The Woods," her tune about that heart-breaking ex-boyfriend of hers, Harry Styles.

We have a feeling Harry is just first in line behind a long list of exes who probably wouldn't mind seeing Tay locked up for her song slams!
