Over the weekend the temps in SoCal nearly hit 80 degrees, so tons of bikini pics and beach videos having been clogging up our Instagram feed. But Miley Cyrus takes the cake for the most memorable one, because we can't stop watching her bikini-clad dancing (and blunt smoking) clip!
