We have a feeling Jay Z won't be smiling like this if he has to provide a judge with his DNA!

21-year-old aspiring rapper Rymir Satterthwaite filed a civil lawsuit in December of 2014 in which he accused Jay Z (nee Shawn Corey Carter) of lying to a court to avoid taking a paternity test. Satterthwaite filed the suit through his legal guardian, a paralegal named Lillie Coley, and he claims that when his mother Wanda tried to get Jay Z to submit to a test back in 2010, the mega-successful rapper weaseled his way out of it via a legal loophole.

In 2010 Satterthwaite's mother made another man take a paternity test, and after it was revealed that he wasn't the father, Wanda went after Jay Z, with whom she had a steamy affair in the 1990s. A family court judge in New Jersey originally dismissed the case, ruling that the court lacked jurisdiction over Jay Z, as he was not a New Jersey resident. However, in the legal docs filed by Coley, Jay Z and his lawyer, Lise Fisher, are accused of providing "fraudulent" and "false" information to the judge. Coley added that Jay Z lied to the court when he claimed he lived in Manhattan, New York, and not New Jersey, where he reportedly owns three houses.

So how is Beyonce, with whom Jay has a 3-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, handling all this? After rumors last year that the couple were splitting following their bust-up with Bey's sister Solange in an elevator last year, this could be disastrous.

"Beyonce is in pieces over what a divorce means to her," a source tells the National Enquirer. "But if Jay Z has fathered a love child, I’m sure she wouldn’t have any option. There’s only so much anyone can take! Jay Z would walk away with the majority of their fortune. Beyonce's put everything in his hands and she would be totally lost without him – so the idea of hiring a lawyer and going through a messy divorce is an unthinkable nightmare!" Sounds like it!
