Suge Knight had a panic attack at his court hearing today, and shortly after pleading not guilty to murder, he was rushed to the hospital. Yikes!

On Monday Knight was charged with the murder of his friend Terry Carter, whom he allegedly ran over with his truck on January 29 after an argument in Compton, California. Knight turned himself into police the next day, and he's being held without bail. Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida told the LA Times that Knight's bail was pulled because he's a flight risk, a three-strike candidate, and there's concern over "possible witness intimidation issues." If convicted, Knight faces up to life in state prison.

The music producer/Death Row Records co-founder began experiencing chest pains when he was sitting in the lockup area next to the courtroom, and the Los Angeles Fire Department and paramedics whisked him away.
