Gwyneth Paltrow covers the June 2015 issue of Women’s Health magazine, and after getting a peek at her tight and toned bod, we can't believe she's 42!

“I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago,” she tells the mag. "I'm not really a ‘beauty person.’ I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself." she continued. “I’m not like, ‘Then I use this masque that I make on my stove.'" We wonder if ex-hubby Chris Martin would agree...

So aside from giggling and getting naked, what's her secret? "My routine is the same every weekday,” the Oscar winner says. “I drop my kids at school. I do an hour of dance cardio and then I go to work." Gwyneth starts her day with a cup of coffee with half and half (“me with no coffee is not a good look”), and then she has a smoothie after her workout.

“For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I’ll have whatever I want,” she continued. “Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes.” Potatoes?! For Mrs. Goop? Apparently so!

"My food philosophy is: Nothing should be ruled out," she added. “I don’t believe in saying, ‘You’re not allowed that.’ If my kids want a Shirley Temple with the radioactive cherry in it, go for it, you know?" And as far as her own drinking, even Gwynnie cuts loose every now and then. "The other day I was flying and the turbulence was so bad, I was like, 'F*ck this.’ I had a Bloody Mary in the middle of the day," she dished. Oh Gwynnie, you bad, bad girl!
