Jennifer Lopez kept her outfit simple and her makeup minimal, but she more than made up for it with these neon green talons!

We snapped the 45-year-old singer/actress running errands in New York City on Friday, and we also got a peek at her midriff. Leave it to J. Lo to look better than most starlets half her age!

So how does she stay so fit? In addition to busting her famous booty at the gym, J. Lo's daily diet was revealed. "I don’t deprive myself," she told People. "But I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle ... I always have healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables with me."

J. Lo starts off her day with a smoothie, has a salad for lunch and then snacks on an apple. For dinner she has a chicken breast with yams and green veggies, and she will allow herself something small for dessert, like a chocolate chip cookie. Seems pretty balanced to us!
