First she's sent to the slammer, and now this!

Teresa Guidice will forfeit her 2005 Maserati and give 25% of any money earned on Bravo's Real Housewives Of New Jersey to the federal government to help satisfy a court judgement against her and husband Joe.

The feds will also take half the rent from a home in Lincoln Park and furnishings from the couple's $2.9 million NJ mansion in order to chip away at $415k judgement against them, stemming from concealing income and lying during bankruptcy proceedings.

The reality star is currently serving a 15-month sentence in Danbury Correctional Facility, and is set to be released to home confinement on December 23. Upon her release, spouse Joe will begin serving his 41-month sentence. In addition to joint charges, Joe Giudice also plead guilty to failing to pay taxes totaling more than $200,000.

This is the ultimate lesson in staying on the right side of the law!
