Kelly Osbourne is trying to take people down on the way to the bottom of the celebrity barrel.

The lavender-haired 30-year-old sparked outrage when during a recent appearance on The View
But now she's blaming her former Fashion Police Giuliana Rancic co-host for her racist gaff. Way to take ownership of saying something totally inappropriate!

At the NYX Face Awards, the former reality star said the negative feedback wasn't her fault. "Do you know why? Because of people like Giuliana Rancic.”

We have no idea what Osbourne's clearly not-okay comment has to do with Ranic, who outraged the masses when she made a joke about Zendaya Coleman’s dreadlocks at the Oscars.

Osbourne went on to talk about her toilet-cleaning incident: "Don't blame me for other people's mistakes. I wasn't edited. It wasn't a premeditated attack. And if I watched it, I would hate me too. So I have no problem, and I would do whatever I have to, to make it right. But don't compare me to her.”

Like Ranic, Osbourne went on to blame the editing. “You can see that they cut me off,” Osbourne said. “You only saw a 6-second clip. When you watch the full episode, it's a different story. But I'm not going to make up excuses because I don't need to. I know who I am.”

Osbourne was really on a roll and out for blood that night because she also told The Wrap she would consider coming back to Fashion Police if "certain people weren't there." Osbourne took the opportunity to slam her former host, saying, “I will never admit to liking Giuliana because I don’t. I don’t think she’s a good person and I think she’s a liar.”

As for Rancic, who had her last day as host of E! News on Aug. 11, she's keeping her mouth closed on Osbourne's inflammatory View appearance. "I don’t think I need to comment. I’ve got to take the high road on this.”

Maybe Miss O. should consider taking the high road herself, instead of walking down Hypocrite Blvd.? Just a thought!
