The blonde bombshell allegedly wants to revive her music career, but friends and family are concerned about her erratic behavior and the impact of an increased workload. "Jess is dead set on a musical comeback, but everyone is terrified the stress of a new album will put her over the edge," an insider told In Touch.

"She’s sent multiple emails to her old record label and has even been approached to do a Vegas residency," the insider added, while noting that those closest to her think she needs rehab before it's too late.
