Khloe Kardashian grabbed coffee and some sweet treats before heading to the hospital to visit Lamar Odom over the weekend, and the reality star is looking pretty damn fine for how admittedly stressed she is lately! The E! starlet has been balancing taking care of her troubled NBA star ex with maintaining her relationship with boyfriend James Harden, all while working tirelessly furthering the Kardashian brand.

Poor Khlo recently admitted that she struggles with anxiety, and that her workouts have been crucial in keeping her sane this past year. "Lord knows I’ve had stress and anxiety lately. This year has been absolutely horrible, but it’s almost done. I’m just praying that 2016 will be better. It has to be," she confessed in a video clip posted to Twitter. "I promise you, the gym has taken away so much of my stress. It has helped calm me down. When I’m fidgety and I just feel like everything is closing in, I go to the gym. You’re building endorphins and feeling good about yourself. It’s saved me," she added.

Breaking a sweat isn't the only thing getting her through this dark period, though! The blonde beauty has also turned to her faith and focused on maintaining a positive outlook in order to manage these difficult times.

"I just always try to look at the glass half full. We’re all human beings, and we all have the same problems. I do remember how blessed I am, and no matter how bad things are, they can always get worse. Counting my blessings, I pray a lot. I have a really close relationship with God. I have more conversations with God, and it’s very therapeutic to me. It helps me through a lot of trials and tribulations. I also still make a point to thank God for the trials. As long as you never question or doubt why you’re going through something, you’ll always get through it and rise above. Be proud of your life, and own it," she shared.
