Poor little pretty girl!

Charlize Theron covers the latest issue of British GQ, and she talks all about how being beautiful is actually a disadvantage in Hollywood. The South African stunner's good looks landed her a major Dior campaign, but they've made it a lot harder to snag quality roles in films.

"Jobs with real gravitas go to people that are physically right for them and that's the end of the story. How many roles are out there for the gorgeous, f**king, gown-wearing eight-foot model? When meaty roles come through, I've been in the room and pretty people get turned away first," she lamented.

The blonde bombshell gained a bunch of weight and wore a prosthetic nose for her Oscar-winning performance in Monster, and shaved her head for Mad Max, but her latest role as Evil Queen Ravenna in The Huntsman: Winter's War shines the spotlight on the pressure put on women to maintain a youthful appearance.

"We live in a society where women wilt and men age like fine wine. And, for a long time, women accepted it. We were waiting for society to change, but now we're taking leadership. It would be a lie to say there is less worry for women as they get older than there is for men … It feels there's this unrealistic standard of what a woman is supposed to look like when she's over 40," she griped.

We would deal with a little bit of hardship to look like her!
