Slow and steady wins the race!

Rob Kardashian has lost a significant amount of weight since the beginning of his relationship with Blac Chyna, but the formerly reclusive reality star says he still has more pounds to shed before reaching his goal weight. "LOL. Still got a lot of work to do and weight to lose but glad I'm getting better," he captioned a side-by-side photo of him in June 2015 and today.

The sock designer gained almost 100 pounds and was diagnosed with diabetes before committing to slimming down with the help of his now-fiancee and baby mama. The former stripper cooks healthy meals for her man and motivates him to workout, and the results are easy to see. Forget milk... love does a body good!
