Gone are the days of Frappuccinos and muffin tops!

Britney Spears never misses a workout, and it shows! The singer shared this photo of herself at the gym, and we can't believe those are the abs of someone that's had two kids! "Back at the gym.... stretch and run all the way," she captioned the snapshot.

So how did she get so fit?

"I like my workouts to be effective in a short amount of time. I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio -- usually running -- move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch," she recently told Women's Health.

It doesn't hurt that her boyfriend Sam Asghari is a personal trainer, either!
