The pop star felt the friendship wasn't positive and the Mayweather gang wasn't bringing good vibes to the Biebs, so he unfollowed Mayweather on social media and officially started a rift between the two.

Apparently Floyd's raging mad -- the last straw was when Bieber said told a paparazzo on camera that he didn't think Mayweather would knock out Conor McGregor at the big fight. Oh, and Bieber won't be attending the big match this weekend ...
