Yeezy wants his money, and they don't want to give it to him!

Kanye West filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday against insurance company Lloyd’s of London, and alleged they are dragging their feet and looking for excuses not to pay out the money lost when he had to cancel the rest of his Saint Pablo tour following his mental breakdown in November. He wants $9.8 million plus interest.

Very Good Touring, the company handling the tour, claims it filed the claim back in November, but Lloyd's of London has been unresponsive. "The stalling is emblematic of a broader modus operandi of the insurers of never-ending postclaim underwriting, where the insurers hunt for some contrived excuse not to pay,” their lawyers alleged in court documents.

Lloyd's is suggesting that Yeezus' marijuana use could have contributed to his mental health hospitalization, and that they might not have to pay out a dime.

According to In Touch, Kim Kardashian testified under oath about her husband's breakdown back in December, and was asked about the music icon's drug use.

We knew they would think he was faking this whole thing!
