What's going on?!

Jim Carrey gave the most bizarre interview ever to Catt Sadler on the red carpet of the Harper's Bazaar Icons event yesterday, and the stress of all his legal drama must be getting to him. He told the E! host that the whole evening was basically bulls*it, but she kept it together long enough to get a couple insane quotes from him.

"There's no meaning to any of this. So I wanted to find the most meaningless thing that I could come to and join and here I am. You got to admit, it’s completely meaningless," he began.

When Sadler bothered to note that they were there to celebrate "icons," things got really interesting.

“Celebrating icons? Boy, that’s just the absolute lowest aiming possibility that we could come up with … I don’t believe that you exist but there is a wonderful fragrance in the air," he quipped.

"I don't believe in personalities. I believe that peace lies beyond personalities, beyond invention and disguise, beyond the red 'S' you wear on your chest, that makes bullets bounce off. I didn't get dressed up. There is no me. There's just things happening. It’s not our world … we don’t matter," he continued.

Hey Jim, fashion week may not be the best place to contemplate your existence!
