They got out just in time!

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's former Bel-Air Crest mansion is in danger as wild fires rage in the area, so they couldn't be luckier to have just sold the place to Ukrainian philanthropist Marina Acton for $17.8 million and finally moved into their new $20 million Hidden Hills home. The pair have been renovating the property for years, but they wanted to be fully relocated before baby #3 arrives via surrogate around the holidays, and now it's official!

Authorities have ordered the evacuation of all homes between Mulholland Drive on the north, Sunset Boulevard on the south, Roscomare Road on the east and the 405 Freeway on the west.

The Skirball blaze has already scorched over 150 acres of land and destroyed at least six residences, and the I-405 freeway has been temporarily shut down between between the Ventura freeway and the I-10, causing major traffic jams throughout the City of Angels. Heavy Santa Ana winds are to blame for spreading the infernos, and those gusts are expected to pick up this evening and Thursday, making the job of containment tough for firefighters.

Kimye's neighbor Kathy Griffin was forced to evacuate, and Gwyneth Paltrow is on standby because her place is located in nearby Mandeville Canyon.

This feels like armageddon! Good thing the reality star and the rapper are safe and sound in this palace...
