That's right, K-Stew and R-Patz allegedly caught up over cocktails in February at the Edendale bar in Silverlake, and multiple patrons tweeted about their sighting. Next thing we know, the Aussie cat walker is going to call up her ex Miley Cyrus for a sit-down!

They make such a cute couple, we're surprised they're not engaged yet!
