After Jennifer Garner staged an intervention for Ben Affleck yesterday and he agreed to get help, she took him straight to The Canyons treatment center in Malibu.

The high-end facility specializes in a "dual diagnosis" approach, meaning that they aim to treat both addiction and the underlying mental illnesses that often accompany it.

So what can the Oscar winner expect during his stay?

    "Individual and group therapy led by master’s- and doctoral-level consulting staff, specialized attention from a personal therapist, meditation sessions and spirituality groups, relapse prevention education and recovery coaching, holistic options including equine therapy, yoga and massage therapy, alternative therapies including experiential therapy and expressive arts, wellness and nutrition groups, community and in-house 12-step meetings, family therapy including monthly family weekend events and educational healing programs, gender-specific and co-ed therapy groups, cognitive behavioral therapy, diverse educational groups on trauma resolution, building healthy boundaries, ending codependency and managing moods, grief/loss and anger, adventure therapy including a ropes course, climbing tower and hiking trips, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)," the website states.

He's got a lot of work cut out for him! Good thing he's up for the challenge.

"Ben has been struggling, and it got to a point where he wanted help and knew he needed help. Jen has always been there for Ben," a source dished to Us Weekly.
