Real Housewives of New York star Luann De Lesseps just struck a plea deal for her drunken Christmas Eve arrest, and the reality star managed to escape jail time despite some pretty serious charges.

TMZ reports she plead guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication, and agreed to the court's terms. The Bravo star will have to do 50 hours of community service, in addition to attending two AA meetings a week and abstaining from drugs and alcohol. She will also be randomly drug tested throughout her yearlong probation.

The Countess reached completed her second 30-day stint in rehab, so hopefully she's learned her lesson!
