Chris Brown is calling B.S. on a woman who's made a claim of sexual assault against the singer in France. Brown was taken into police custody and held for 24 hours following an accusation of rape by a woman who says the singer took her back to his hotel room at the Mandarin Oriental in Paris following an evening nightclubbing, where he, his bodyguard and another unnamed person allegedly assaulted the woman.

Brown wrote, along with a graphic reading "The B!tch Lyin'!," "I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR,. THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP [sic]! NNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEERRRRRR!!!!!! FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!"

French policed are still investigating, according to a TMZ report: "The investigations, which are not closed at this stage, will continue under the authority of the Paris prosecutor’s office." The state could still decide to press charges, which means for now, Chris can't leave France ...

OH SNAP! Chris' attorney must have told him to remove this unfavorable post from Instagram, but plenty of people screen-grabbed it ...
