Paris Hilton may be sticking to her guns about having only imbibed one drink the night she was arrested for driving under the influence earlier this month, but it looks like the law saw things differently - word just came down from the authorities that Paris is set to be charged for her DUI!
Although Paris Hilton facing conviction would be an unlikely scenario even if she didn't have more money than Croesus (first offenders are typically given probation, restrictions on their license, and orders to attend several months' worth of AA meetings), she could face up to six months in jail for her actions.
Anyone else looking forward to seeing how Elliot Mintz spins his way out of this one?
Man oh man - not that there's any such thing as a reasonably-priced margarita in any bar in Hollywood, but that's got to be the single most expensive margarita of Paris' life.
