I have a feeling that what she meant by "get her nose fixed..." was to correct a deviated septum, remove scar tissue, or something like that. A nose job can't heal that fast.

her nose doesn't look any different. but if she did have surgery, it wouldn't look ONE HUNDRED percent better in one day. no matter what kind of cosmetic plastic surgery was, there would be at least a slight sign that she had it done, within 24 hours especially! i bet she jst had something done to improve it that didn't involve changing the aesthetics.
