Alec Baldwin has had quite a dramatic week at the Cannes Film Festival this year, but the actor looks happy to be in the arms of his new fiancee, Hilaria Thomas.

After launching an all-out tirade against movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, and then immediately apologizing the next day, Baldwin looked relieved to be enjoying the amFAR charity AIDS gala in Cannes with his new bride-to-be, on Friday evening.

It's been rumored that the actor is planning to elope with his 28-year-old bride in the French Riviera this month, after dating for just a year.

Baldwin’s latest film, Rock of Ages, is set to premiere on June 15 in the US and UK, and he's gearing up to take on a new Woody Allen project alongside Bradley Cooper and Cate Blanchett.

Alec Baldwin and Harvey Weinstein have officially made up after the actor went on a tirade at the Cannes Film Festival early this week.

The 30 Rock star called Weinstein a "Douche Bag" in a lengthy tirade against the mega mogul at a May 17 Calvin Klein party, expressing:

"I don’t care who knows. After the success he had at Cannes last year and all the f---ing Oscars, he’s still a f---ing douche bag! I can’t believe it.”

Baldwin's publicist, Matthew Hiltzik, said in a statement to THR on Friday: "This non issue has been resolved. The film and the fundraising are far more important and interesting than this."

A Weinstein rep said the studio had been busy juggling multiple projects, and the documentary couldn't fit into his schedule.

After the drama went down, Baldwin removed himself as auction leader at Weinstein's amfAR's Cannes party, offering the apology: "HW, my apology to you and congratulations on a successful event."

Weinstein responded by saying in a statement. "We all lose our tempers sometime; trust me I have, too. We all appreciated his generosity to everyone at amfAR.”

The 28-year-old yoga instructor has instilled some healthy habits in her man, and the 30 Rock actor has never looked so slim and trim!

The adorable duo are in Italy while the It's Complicated star promotes his new film, To Rome With Love, and they managed to sneak a smooch on the streets of Rome during their down time. Aww!

Sounds like the brunette beauty is comforting her future hubby following the news that he has a stalker. He tweeted: "I am lucky and grateful in my life now, no matter what the motivations of certain others. @hilariathomas."

But not just any stalker -- this is a woman who reportedly met Alec Baldwin on the set of The Adventures of Pluto Nash back in 2002!

Genevieve Sabourin, a 40-year-old Canadian actress, was arrested outside of the actor's Manhattan apartment last night after approaching the doorman and asking to be be buzzed in. This is the third time she's attempted to meet up with Baldwin in the past two weeks; according to the NY Post, Sabourin allegedly went to Baldwin's home in the Hamptons last week and also followed him to an event at the Lincoln Center a few days after that. It's also being reported that she has sent the newly engaged 30 Rock star an excessive amount of e-mails and texts asking for money and telling him she wants to have his baby. Typical.

Cops arrested Sabourin at Baldwin's NYC building for aggravated harassment and stalking around 7:45pm, and the actor's rep released the following statement: "As you know, stalking is a serious issue, so we've turned this matter over to the New York Police Department."

Alec Baldwin is engaged to yoga instructor Hilaria Thomas, a rep for the 30 Rock actor has confirmed.

"Yes, it's true!" Baldwin's rep tells Us Weekly. "Alec proposed to Hilaria this weekend and we're all excited for the newly engaged couple. Alec's birthday is tomorrow. Great way to celebrate!"

Alec, who turns 54 on Tuesday, has been dating Thomas, 28, for a little less than a year, and he recently sold his Upper West Side apartment to move in with his ladylove in downtown NYC.

Baldwin was previously married to Kim Basinger for nine years (the couple split in 2002), and they have a daughter, Ireland, 16. Wonder if the Capitol One spokesman has plans for any more children?

After fighting with an American Airlines attendant and getting kicked off the plane because he wouldn't turn off his iPad before takeoff, the actor took to Saturday Night Live for a little positive (?) PR ...

Alec Baldwin is no longer on Twitter after getting kicked off an American Airlines flight on Tuesday for using his cell phone. The 30 Rock actor was reportedly playing the game "Words With Friends" while the plane sat at the gate.

His last Tweeted said:

“Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing WORDS W FRIENDS while we sat at the gate, not moving. #nowonderamericaairisbankrupt ... But, oddly, 30 Rock plays inflight on American. #theresalwaysunited ... United Airlines should buy Words With Friends ... Last flight w American. Where retired Catholic school gym teachers from the 1950s find jobs as flight attendants.”

The airline fought back with the following message:

"Since an extremely vocal customer has publicly identified himself as being removed from an American Airlines flight on Tuesday, Dec. 6, we have elected to provide the actual facts of the matter as well as the FAA regulations which American, and all airlines, must enforce ... This passenger declined to turn off his cell phone when asked to do so at the appropriate time. The passenger ultimately stood up (with the seat belt light still on for departure) and took his phone into the plane’s lavatory. He slammed the lavatory door so hard, the cockpit crew heard it and became alarmed, even with the cockpit door closed and locked.

Alec Baldwin was kicked off his American Airlines flight from LAX this afternoon after he was caught playing a game on his cell phone shortly before takeoff.

Baldwin's rep told Us Weekly, "Alec was asked to leave the flight for playing Words with Friends while parked at the gate. He loves WWF so much that he was willing to leave a plane for it, but he has already boarded another AA flight." Ha!

Baldwin tweeted, "The flight attendant on American reamed me out for playing Words With Friends while we sat at the gate, not moving. No wonder American Air is bankrupt ... The real way is United."

Interestingly enough, almost exactly a year ago actor Josh Duhamel was kicked off a flight after refusing to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff. What is it with celebs and airline regulations? Sheesh!
