Alec Baldwin Attacks Photog After Release From Hospital

Alec Baldwin attacked a photographer outside of his New York apartment yesterday evening, just hours after his release from the hospital following daughter Ireland's call to 911.
"This guy! This guy!" the actor yelled, according to the NY Daily News, as he apparently grabbed NY Post photographer Tim Wiencis by the collar (as caught on camera by Inside Edition.)
Luckily, police were already on the scene and separated the two. "He just assaulted me," Wiencis told them, although he declined to file charges.
Later, Baldwin was overheard muttering "They are the lowest scum of the Earth. They are the lowest scum of the Earth."
The outburst came after a fight with his 14-year-old daughter Ireland on the phone in which he apparently told her, "I'm tired of this. I'm going to take some pills. I'm going to end this." After the fight, Ireland called 911 (which Baldwin says was at the urging of her mom, Kim Basinger) and was taken to the hospital for examination.
"This was a misunderstanding on one person's part. Alec was quickly released from the hospital; he's completely fine and will be at work today," the actor's spokesman, Matthew Hiltzik, said in a statement.
Alec's friend blames Basinger for the trip to the hospital, as well as the media planted outside of Alec's home.
"This is another example of Kim's sickness," his pal said. "Alec came back from the hospital and there were cameras outside his house at 2 a.m. Gee, I wonder how they found out?"
Is this recent trouble going to hurt Alec's Academy awards performance?

Sometimes, Alec is caught by the camera off guard and oh man you can tell this guy has a nasty temper. On Saturday Night Live tv sketches he puts a front like he is nice, funny, easy to get along guy... I don't buy it. Alec has a nasty nasty temper and attitude. Poor her daughter that has to do deal with him as a dad. She must be so scared of him.

You know, I truly don't know a regular person that watches TV or goes to the movies on a regular basis that likes Alec Baldwin. However,the holloywood crowd is more then the land of fruitscakes and nuts. They love this idiot wheather regular people do or not. They keep giving this sicko awards and roles in movies and tv. He hurts most of the movies he's in because America won't go see him like they would another actor. The more he blames Kim for his abhorent behavior the more idiotic he appears. He had this horrible temper before he even married Kim - hemmm wonder whose fault it was then. And bytheway, the media could be tipped off by someone at the hospital as I said, he is certainly not well liked especially by the paparazzi. Also, they check hospitals numerous times a day to get happening info. They could have found out numerous other ways other then Kim! Alec get over yourself they may love you in Hollywood but not most of America. How you get so much work is beyond comprehension. There are others that are just as good as you are and America DOES like them yet you get the part. You must have something on someone pretty big. I know a lot of people, none of which would walk next door to see you. Poor, poor Ireland to have you as her Dad, ugh and yuk!
Alec need's professional help. He is devious, underhanded, and always thinking of ways to hurt his ex even if it means going thru their daughter to do it. They should throw a net over him and take him to the nearest facility for evaluation. All the Baldwin boys have a temper and has at one time or another showed it in public. The daugter needs to stay aaway from her dad until he gets his act together he is mind controling and very verbal abusive and this is not good for a 14 yr. old to go thru. This girl has been caught in the line of fire her whole life practically. Legally this girl does not have to see her dad if she does'nt want to - she is 14 if she were 11 or 12 then yes she would'nt have a choice. Alec would still have to pay child support rather she saw her dad or not that's the law. I am surprised this girl is'nt messed up because of all the drama around her. And to think this dumb-ass thinks he could have a career in politics he can't even control his own life. He is a joke. LOL
