Alec is an abusive parent. He needs to stop blaming others and look at his behavior. There is no justification for the way he spoke on the voice mail.
What is very distrubing is his blaming others.

There is a court agreement for visitation and phone calls between Dad and daughter. So if mom is not going to make daughter follow the agreement, if the courts aren't going to enforce minor to obey the agreement, and Dad is not allowed to correct the child when she doesn't obide by the agreement........then WHO IS TEACHING THIS CHILD RESPONSIBLITY???

Dr. Phil said on Larry King that it was clear to him that this was not the first time Ireland had not answered the phone at the appointed time. He heard pain in Alec's voice. Also, he did not agree with the language Alec used but it was clear this was a man that loved his daughter.
