Alessandra Ambrosio Shows Off Her Post-Baby 'Bod At The Brentwood Country Mart

We can't believe Alessandra Ambrosio gave birth to her second child less than a month ago!
The Victoria Secret Angel looked picture perfect as she enjoyed an outing with daughter Anja and fiance Jamie Mazur at the Brentwood Country Mart, on Wednesday afternoon, where they shopped for fresh flowers and grabbed an afternoon snack at Caffee Luxxe.
This is one of the first times the new mom has been seen out and about since the birth of her son Noah, but the 31-year-old Brazilian supermodel is gearing up to take the little guy on his first international trip!
Ambrosio recently posted a Twitpic of the family's passports with the caption: "Passports ready!!! Here we go.... Bye bye beautiful Brasil"
