Madonna And A-Rod To Make Their Affair Public?

We know Alex Rodriguez is in LA - he was just spotted at Equinox in West Hollywood on Monday.
And we know Madonna will be at Dodger Stadium in LA this Thursday (after performing in San Diego tonight and taking Wednesday off)...
So does this mean we'll FINALLY see these two out and about together? Both Madonna and A-Rod have been pretty private about their affairs - will all that change this week?
