Alexis Neiers, 19, was arrested and taken to jail today for possession of heroin, according to E! Online. Officers paid a visit to her home for a routine check (she's still on probation for burglarizing Orlando Bloom's house last year) and they found the Pretty Wild starlet "in possession of a black substance that resembled tar heroin," according to Kerri Webb of the LA County Probation Department.

Neiers "also had burnt foil that is common with heroin use" as well as a fake Florida drivers license, and she's now she's being held without bail for alleged probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and identity theft.

Neier's rep tells E! that he met with her yesterday and everything seemed "fine," and her mother Andrea Arlington was stunned to learned that her daughter had been arrested on drug related charges. Neiers was released from jail in July following burglary charges, and she still has over two years left of her probation, which means this brunette beauty is likely headed back to jail.

And the "Bling Ring" beauty, who spent 30 days behind bars (some of them served at the same time as Lindsay Lohan) would certainly know about making bad choices!

While out in Los Angeles yesterday with her hot boyfriend, Alexis had some wise words about Lilo's current situation:

"I think everything in life comes down to choices and when you’re making imbalanced choices there’s obviously going to be repercussions," she said, before Lindsay appealed her 30 day sentence and eventually was released. "Unfortunately she’s going to have to learn a lesson – again. I mean, I was at Lynwood and I would never want to go back." But as we all know, that's a lesson that was cut dramatically short last night!

And speaking of imbalanced choices, after showing off a bit too much of her ladybits Thursday night, Alexis is going just a little less wild in a sequined skirt that's keeping her cuca completely covered, if not much else.

(And if you don't know what a cuca is, just look it up in the Jersey Shore dictionary.)

Yesterday Tess Taylor and her sis Alexis Neiers got pedicures on Melrose, and afterward the two couldn't seem to contain themselves! The Pretty Wild hotties were also joined by a cute mystery man, and we're guessing the entertaining reality stars made his day!

Tess Taylor is back with her adopted sisters Alexis and Gabby Neiers after an apparent "misunderstanding" led to a rift between the Pretty Wild stars while Alexis was behind bars.

But we're glad they made up, because we want to see more of these hot young things -- and luckily they want to be seen!

The girls headed to Katsuya last night for some awesome sushi and pap love with Alexis' gorgeous boyfriend.

We can't wait to see what trouble they get into on season two of their hit show!

Not sure if it was a planned meeting of celebrities whose star power ranges from B to D, but James Van Der Beek, Michelle Rodriguez, Bill Maher, Alan Thicke, Alexis Neiers and comedian Jeffrey Ross all descended on the posh eaterie BOA to get their steak on Monday night.

But BOA wasn't the only A-list restaurant that was populated with stars -- another popular eaterie across town, Katsuya, was also jumping off with one of the biggest celebrities ever:

Alexis Neiers, star of Pretty Wild but best known for being convicted of the Bling Ring burglary of Orlando Bloom's home, sat down in her second post-jail interview (X17online got the first!) to talk about what it was like to live next to Lindsay Lohan at Lynwood.

"She was crying the first day," said Neiers, who was in the cell nearest to Lindsay. But Alexis wasn't surprised to hear the sobs coming from the next door. "Of course you're down, you're in jail!"

Neiers denied the recent report that Lindsay was seen with bruises on her arms, the result of a prison fight. "She didn't have bruises," Alexis said, explaining that no one could even get close enough to Lindsay to give her a smack!

When E! asked if Lilo got any special treatment, Alexis said "she got to keep her extensions in," in contrast to all other inmates who have to remove their weaves!

Alexis also said she kept to herself and didn't ever even try to speak to Lindsay, whose house she was also accused of robbing. "They know who robbed her house," Neiers said, denying any involvement. "I was never a part of that group."

Alexis was released from Lynwood Friday after serving 30 days of her 180-day jail sentence.
