abncran, are you leaving her with an unlimited amount of water in her crate? If so, then the boredom of being in the crate might be possessing her to drink copious amounts of water, therefore leading to a over filled bladder which she cannot hold. Puppies have a tiny bladder as it is and you should really regulate the amount of water that you put in her crate.

DW, no water or food in her crate during the day... I just put her dry food in there when I feed her 7AM & 530PM as I was told she wouldn't pee where she eats, I leave her a chew toy in there but that is it

Is there anyway that you can let her run free in the house/apartment and not crate her? I know that when you work it is hard to get these things sorted out, and to figure out what works best, so keep trying different things, just don't give up.
