Alicia Keys and hubby Swizz Beatz have had one busy year. The couple tied the knot in July and welcomed their first child together in October, so it's no wonder they can't stop smiling!
Like most lucky celebs at this time of year, the busy couple headed down to St. Barth to party for NYE in style. With all that's happened in 2010, there is plenty of reason for the sexy musicians to celebrate!
