I think you need to have balanced diet in order to look good and be healthy. Any extreme diet is just stupid. Plus vegetarians have bad sex because they don't have the energy and stamina to do it.

For her age, she shouldn't have that many acne. If you have a lot of acne after 22 years old, there are 3 reasons:

1. You have skin problem all you life since you are a child or teen. It's genetic. Not your fault.

2, You are using substance (drugs). I have noticed people who are using drugs have acne faces. The skin just breaks out.

3. You are not eating well. You don't have balanced nutrition.

For a normal adult after 22 years adult, they only have one or 2 acne once in a while. Definitely not like her face!
