I went through a some-what custody battle when I separated from my son's father. At first, I was depressed from the divorce and went out drinking way too much. I was brought to court by my ex cause he thought he could get full custody. Instead, I got SOLE custody! The judge actually told me that unless I had a meth lab in my bathroom, he wasn't going to take a child from his mother. I mean, the day I found out I was going to court I got my shit together because I didn't want to lose my son. She must have been doing REALLY horrible things to lose those two kids...that's why it's my opinion that she wanted them gone or she's just too much of a dumbshit to realize that NO ONE is above the law...
