It sounds even worse than we imagined!

Amanda Bynes' wild partying has been exposed in the new issue of In Touch, and we can't believe the troubled starlet doesn't make her house guests sign a confidentiality agreement!

According to the report, the actress lives in a disheveled apartment with minimal furniture, a bare dirty bed, and spray painted windows. The abode is also littered with marijuana, which she previously claimed she does not use.

The former Disney star invited pals, along with photographer Giovanni Arnold and a man named "Joe", to her pad for a late night party, and the way the fiesta was described makes it sound as if Miss Bynes has serious issues! Amanda was apparently smoking pot while applying makeup and dancing, in addition to obsessively updating her Twitter feed.

"She probably gets so high that sometimes she won't even leave her house. One minute she's cool and down-to-earth. The next, she's totally different - indecisive, and she can't hold a conversation. Mentally she's all over the place," Arnold told the mag.

"Weed was everywhere. On the bed, all over the floor," Arnold adds. He also alleges that she did cocaine at the party, but Bynes adamantly denies that. "They're the ones into drugs, so they bring drugs, but I don't do them," she tells the weekly.

This doesn't sound good!

On Thursday Amanda Bynes' lawyer Rich Hutton appeared in a Burbank, California courtroom and pled no contest on her behalf for driving on a suspended license.

The 27-year-old actress, who remains in New York City, was put on probation for three years and ordered to pay a $300 fine.

Bynes still faces charges stemming from her April 2012 DUI/hit-and-run arrest.

Her license was suspended after her second hit-and-run charge in 2012, and she was charged with driving on a suspended license in September of the same year after being pulled over by police yet again, and her black BMW was impounded.

It's good that she doesn't need a car in NYC, but hopefully she won't get in trouble for the D.U.I. charges!

Amanda Bynes has admitted to undergoing rhinoplasty, and she's got a bone to pick with a few magazines who are publishing pre-plastic surgery photos of her.

The 27-year-old actress tweeted on Saturday:

"Intouch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I've asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore! I'm so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!"

We never would have guessed! But what about her boobs? Those seem to have gotten quite a bit bigger, and while we have no complaints, we've been wondering when she might comment about that!

Amanda Bynes is at it again, this time posting a slightly more PG-13 shot of herself werkin' it in her bathroom.

So what's this we hear about cops coming to her New York City pad the other night? Apparently someone falsely informed Jenny McCarthy that authorities were at Amanda's apartment and she tweeted, "Police are at @AmandaBynes house. I hope they get her help. Enough of this circus. She needs help.”

Naturally, Amanda was pretty ticked off, and she went off on the former Playboy Playmate! Amanda tweeted, "@JennyMcCarthy you’re ugly! Police weren’t at my house old lady! Shut the f*ck up! ... I need help? What are u talking about? Aren’t u 50 years old? I’m 27, u look 80 compared to me! Why are you talking about me?”

However, a few hours later, McCarthy apologized and Amanda removed the tweets and wrote, "@JennyMcCarthy thanks! I’m sorry I offended you! You’re beautiful! I was lying! I’ll delete our tweets!”

Another day, another scandalicious set of photos from Amanda Bynes!

On Wednesday night the 27-year-old starlet tweeted the pix above and wrote, "Rawr!" followed by "Long hair don't care." But does she realize that she sorta exposed her nipple in the shot on the right? Maybe she really doesn't care?

And what will she do next?! The photos keep getting more and more X-rated ... we don't know what to expect!

Amanda Bynes posted a pair of Twitpics on Tuesday night in a lacy black bra and wrote, "About to put on makeup! I weigh 135, I've gained weight! I need to be 100 lbs!"

But our jaws aren't on the floor because of the pounds she claims to have put on -- we can't stop staring are her boobies! Even though she says she's heavier than she wants to be, we think she looks incredibly sexy. Who knew she had curves like this?!

After posting photos last week of her half shaved head, the 27-year-old actress certainly knows how to keep people talking about her, and if she continues to post pics like this, she'll be up to one million followers in no time! (She currently has around 750,000.)

When asked about her mental health, Amanda recently told In Touch Weekly, “I have no clue [why people say I’m insane]. Every time I’ve heard it, it came from an ugly person’s mouth, so I don’t care. The only ones lying about me having a mental illness are people I don’t talk to.” Amanda added, “I only have hot friends. They have my back until I die.” Maybe she's talking about former Hairspray co-star Nikki Blonsky? Then again, maybe not...

When asked about her cheek piercings, Amanda says, “I wanted to look like [exotic dancer] BlacChyna,” and regarding rumors that she has a substance abuse problem, she states, “I don’t drink. I’m allergic to alcohol. I don’t smoke pot. I smoke tobacco.”

So what's she up to these days? “I’ll design clothes and sing because I want to, not because I need the money. I love singing and I can’t wait to start working on an album.”
Amanda continued, “I’m getting in shape for all the photo shoots ... I like being 100 pounds … 21 to go!" Maybe she chatted with the mag before she snapped these selfies last night?

I guess she doesn't want him to murder her vag anymore!

In between posting awesome selfies and hitting the gym, Amanda Bynes posted a photo of Drake and wrote, "Loving far apart eyes @drake," and she later added a side-by-side shot of her ex-boyfriend Nick Zano and the Canadian rapper and wrote, "Hot to the left and Ugly @drake to the right."

Amanda also retweeted a few nasty comments about Drake from her followers, so we're not sure if he's just been ignoring her or if he took a swipe at her, but she's definitely over it! But who is she going to move on to next?

Over the weekend the 27-year-old starlet posted several snapshots of her new hairstyle at the gym in New York City, and she also uploaded a video on Telly of her buzzed 'do, but with a slightly dressier outfit. She captioned the clip, "Chilling - what are you doing?" Looks like more of a going out getup to us, but whatevs!
