Amanda Bynes Charged With DUI, Asks Obama For Help

Oh, Amanda!
On Tuesday, Amanda Bynes was officially charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs stemming from two months ago when she clipped the right rear panel of a police cruiser with her BMW at 3 a.m. in West Hollywood.
To make matters more interesting, the 26-year-old actress sent a last-ditch attempt message to none other that President Obama on Twitter.
"Hey @BarackObama... I don't drink," Bynes tweeted. "Please fire the cop who arrested me. I also don't hit and run. The end."
Bynes's attorney entered a not guilty plea on her behalf on Wednesday. If convicted, she could face a maximum penalty as a first-time offender of 48 hours in jail, three years probation and a nine-month alcohol program as well as the loss of her driver's license for a year.
