Amanda Bynes denied that she walking around naked at a New York tanning salon, despite In Touch magazine's claims.
Now the CEO of Beach Bum Tanning, James Oliver, is backing Bynes's story. He released the following statement:
- "Employee testimony and security footage have confirmed that Ms. Bynes was not acting inappropriately. She is a long-time client and we stand by her account."
After the story surfaced on November 1 claiming Amanda was walking around the tanning salon naked, the What I Like About You starlet told Us:
- "I'm suing In Touch for printing a fake story. I'm not 'troubled. I don't get naked in public. I'm 26, a multi-millionaire, retired. Please respect my privacy."
As for her other problems, back in September she pleaded not guility to two separate counts of hit-and-run. Bynes is also facing two charges of driving on a suspended license and one DUI charge.
