Can Amanda Do Better Than Lauren's Leftovers?

Amanda Bynes is adorable, and Doug Reinhardt isn't too shabby either, but I'm still not entirely convinced that these two are meant for one another.
I mean, Doug used to date Lauren Conrad, and now he's upgraded to a prettier, more talented celebrity, so do you think he's trying to climb the Hollywood social ladder, or does he genuinely care about the lovely Ms. Bynes?
What do you think? Can Amanda do better?

well that's a definite upgrade from what's her face Conrad, and I think very highly of Amanda for being confortable enough with her guy to step out in public with him, knowing all the stigmas and connotations that would come with it.
She looks smitten and he is on the phone probably with his homeys. This looks like another starlet dates nobody loser heartbreak.
