Amanda just wrapped up her overseas promotional duties, and we spotted her lunching with a few pals at Urth Caffe in West Hollywood on Wednesday. The restaurant is a major celeb hot spot and an awesome place to people watch, but it's also a favorite filming location for tons of films and TV shows, including Entourage.
