Amanda Seyfried will do anything for her pooch.
The actress braved New York City's frigid temperatures to take her dog Finn out for a walk. Amanda tried to keep warm in a pink beanie, knitted scarf, raincoat and Ugg boots.
Amanda, who's often joined by boyfriend Justin Long on these Big Apple dog walks, was solo. Unlike last year, she's not wrapped up in the awards season shuffle. Her two major films, Lovelace and The Big Wedding, bombed at the box office. Next year will hopefully bring more commercial success and critical acclaim.
The Mean Girls star is currently filming Noah Baumbach's While We're Young with Ben Stiller and Naomi Watts. She just signed on to star in Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's He’s F---ing Perfect.
A casual Amanada Seyfried opted for a stroll with her cute pooch yesterday after grabbing some coffee with her friends in New York City.
The 27-year-old actress was just another one of the many celebs in town to catch the U.S. Open Women's Final where she saw Serena Williams snatch her 17th Grand Slam victory alongside Eva Longoria, Ricky Martin, and Sarah Jessica Parker.
Looks like life's on cruise control for this cutie!
On Tuesday, Amanda Seyfried looked angelic as she continued making her rounds to promote her upcoming film Lovelace, this time stopping by David Letterman in New York City.
The 27-year-old actress wore a cute Balmain outfit with a pair of Rupert Sanderson heels that complement her innocent yet sophisticated ensemble.
Her look sure is a stark contrast to her role in the film!
We've seen a few clips from the upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic, and here's another look at Amanda Seyfried's take on the Deep Throat star in the new trailer for the film.
Peter Sarsgaard plays Chuck Traynor, Linda's abusive husband and manager, Sharon Stone play's Linda's mother and James Franco stars as Hugh Hefner. Hank Azaria, Bobby Cannavale, and Adam Brody also appear in the film ... it might take you a few seconds to recognize everyone behind the wigs and 70s garb though!
Amanda Seyfried posed on the red carpet on Sunday evening at the 85th Annual Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, and she may not be nominated for her role in Les Miserables, but she definitely caught our attention in this custom Alexander McQueen gown!
The 27-year-old actress also wore Roger Vivier shoes and a few small Lorraine Schwartz baubles, and she swept up her long locks in an updo and kept her makeup relatively simple.
Amanda will hit the stage during the ceremony to perform alongside her Les Mis cast, including Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman, who are nominated for Best Supporting Actress and Best Actor. Can't wait for that!
This looks like it's going to be a hit!
We've been given the first sneak peek of Lovelace, and we can already tell it's going to be racy! In the clip, Amanda Seyfried, who plays Linda Lovelace, chats with Larry Marchiano (played by Wes Bentley) as she takes part in a photoshoot.
Speaking about her sexual awakening, Amanda's character says, "At first I'm closed up like a flower bud and then gradually the petals start to open, and then I finally learn about myself and I learn how to enjoy sex. And I feel free."
The film is set to debut at the Sundance Film Festival and co-stars Sharon Stone, James Franco, Juno Temple, Wes Bentley and Chloe Sevigny. The Les Miserables star took over the leading role after Lindsay Lohan was dropped. Demi Moore was originally cast as Gloria Steinem, but was recently dropped from the movie as well.
We can't wait to see it!
Amanda Seyfried covers the new issue of InStyle wearing a gorgeous Chanel dress, and for her interview, the 27-year-old Les Miserables actress opens up about her relationships, her Dear John co-star Channing Tatum and she even reveals that she's on medication for OCD.
On dating actors, Amanda says, “The thing is, I can’t date anybody without it being portrayed as a serious relationship in the tabloids. It sucks! Like Josh Hartnett and I were friends; we hung out, we dated. I don’t actually have sex with every male I come into contact with … I’m just more attracted to actors. I like their choice to be artists—that’s ballsy. And a guy who has such access to his emotional life is sexy. Or maybe because lots of the actors I know are so broken. I don’t think I’m compatible with anybody I’ve dated. Maybe I’m so attracted to actors because I’m not ready for the “settled down” thing yet.” (Amanda's other famous exes include hotties Ryan Phillippe and Dominic Cooper ... not bad!)
So what does she have to say about Mr. Tatum? "Channing was amazing [to work with]. He’s a superstar. Everybody wants to have sex with him. And the only person he wants to have sex with is his wife, Jenna [Dewan]. He’s the most loyal husband.”
However, the interview gets a bit more serious when Amanda opens up about having obsessive compulsive disorder. “I’m too measured and controlling—about everything. That’s why I take Lexapro. It’s for OCD. I don’t feel like I’m struggling with it. I think OCD is a part of me that protects me. it’s also the part of me that I use in my job, in a positive way.” Good for her for speaking out about it!
Talk about star power on the red carpet!
Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried and the always dashing Hugh Jackman looked picture perfect at the Les Miserables premiere at the Empire Cinema in Leicester Square, England.
While Anne looked stunning in a white Givenchy gown with pearl details, Amanda rocked a black ruffled Balenciaga dress.
As for Mr. Jackman, he looked beyond sexy in his Burberry suit. Such a handsome guy!
