I think Jermaine jackson would be a great replacement for Randy (although I don't resent him as a judge) I'm indifferent to Randy.

I don't recall Simon carrying a tune or kara or ellen or randy or paula, none of them can sing and they were judges.

J-Lo can't sing and has no talent. She hasn't had a hit in ages and she hasn't had any experience on judging a talent show. That alone speak volumes. At least Simon, Kara, Paula and Randy knows what talent looks like. J-Lo on the other hand is full of herself and her advice wouldn't be useful at all.
