American Idol's Ratings Take A Dip, But We Loved J Lo And Steven Tyler Last Night!

A whopping 26.1 million Americans tuned in for the 10th season premiere of American Idol last night, and while that seems like an impressive number, the show is actually down 13 percent from last year's opener, which caught the attention of nearly 30 million viewers.
Despite the ratings dip, the show crushed the rest of the Wednesday night programming, and fans seemed to enjoy new judges Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler. We wished J Lo was a bit more catty with some of the questionable contestants, but overall she cracked us up and her interaction with the Aerosmith frontman seemed genuine. Did you watch last night?
We'll definitely watch again!

This will open up even more doors to Lopez, gotta hand it to her she can do almost anything, maybe directing in her future.

Honestly, I thought I would hate it and it turned out to be pretty good. I think a refresh might not have been a bad idea after all.
I'm not a fan of JLo's singing, but I think she has a great grasp of the "whole package."

Yea... pretty boring w/o Simon. No one had any funny comments, it was kind awkward at times actually.
Oh, and Steven Tyler, anyone else get a creeper vibe from him? I felt like he was checking out all the young girls that are a 1/4 of his age - CREEPY!
