Amy Winehouse Hospitalized In St. Lucia

Amy Winehouse AWINEHOUSE103107_01_X17.jpg Troubled singer Amy Winehouse was hospitalized last night in St. Lucia after collapsing, and eyewitnesses tell The Sun that she was “a shaking mess” when she was brought in.

Sources tell the paper that Amy had been drinking heavily, and "she looked in a terrible state, a shaking mess. The people with her were very concerned.”

A rep for the Grammy winning singer confirmed that she was in hospital and added that she had run out of a drug replacement she's been using. Amy is reportedly recovering and expected to leave hospital shortly.

Hopefully she's taking care of herself and getting the help she needs!

this is getting ridiculous. this person will never, ever get better, the public should just leave her alone. for other celebs it's crushing if there are rumors they might have smoked pot sometime, and she does everything possible drug-wise and is still famous. what a world.
