Scotland Yard Launching Crack Investigation Into Winehouse Video

The AP is reporting that Scotland Yard has launched an investigation into Amy Winehouse's potentially criminal drug use - and is assessing the video of her reportedly smoking crack to decide whether or not to press charges.
Model Kate Moss was embroiled in a similar scandal after video of her snorting what appeared to be cocaine was leaked. Although Kate was brought in for questioning, charges were ultimately not pursued when Kate refused to admit to snorting the cocaine.
So, if Amy doesn't admit it, chances are she won't be charged. That's kind of sad, I think she could use a good kick in the ass!
