

The Amazing Spider-Man co-stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, were pulled over by the LAPD in the early hours of Saturday morning for "driving erratically," a source tells us.
The real-life boyfriend and girlfriend (who dined out together at Nobu Malibu Thursday night) were stopped around 2am in West Hollywood, questioned by police, and released without a citation. A friend was behind the wheel.

Though they've stayed mum on their relationship, The Help actress and Andrew Garfield made it official as they made their first non-promo outing during an oh-so-sweet date night in Malibu.
The Amazing Spider-Man co-stars had a romantic dinner at Nobu, though Emma looked a bit more dressed up for the evening - she wore a sleek LBD while her BF wore a black Stand Up To Cancer tee and jeans.
Andrew actually wore a SUTC tee - albeit a gray one - during his first public appearance with Emma at Comic Con in August. We're all about supporting the cause, but Andrew needs to at least step it up for date night!

The Amazing Spider-Man star stopped at Joan's on Third Thursday, sans rumored-GF and co-star Emma Stone. But Andrew didn't dwell over his solo status, instead making a fast exit from the famous Los Angeles eatery on his scooter. (But strap that helmet on next time, Garfield!)
Andrew had a good reason to celebrate with a meal out - it's just been reported that he'll make his Broadway debut as Biff in Death of a Salesman next spring.
